米索前列醇在绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨米索前列醇在绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术中的应用效果。方法:将2023年3月—2024年3月于南通市海门区海门港新区(包场镇)中心卫生院行宫内节育器取出术的80例绝经后女性按随机数字表法分成两组,各40例。参照组仅实施手术,治疗组术前于阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇。比较两组手术效果。结果:治疗组手术总顺利度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组出血量、出血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组手术时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术前阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇能够软化宫颈,提高手术顺利度,降低不良反应发生率,缩短手术时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine device in postmenopausal women.Methods:Using a random number table method,80 postmenopausal women who underwent the removal of intrauterine device in Haimen Port New Area(Baochang Town)Central Health Center in Haimen District of Nantong City from March 2023 to March 2023 were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received the removal surgery,while the treatment group received misoprostol placement in the posterior fornix of the vagina before surgery.The surgery effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total surgery success rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bleeding volume and bleeding time between the two groups(P>0.05).The surgery time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The misoprostol placement in the posterior fornix of the vagina before intrauterine device removal in postmenopausal women can soften the cervix,improve the surgery success rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the surgery time.
