静脉血与末梢血液样本对血常规检验结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析静脉血与末梢血样本对血液常规检验结果的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月无锡市康复医院健康体检者312名作为研究对象,所有健康体检者采集1份末梢血液样本、1份静脉血液样本,比较静脉血与末梢血液样本血常规检验结果。结果:采血后1 h内及采血后2、4、6 h,静脉血血液样本白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平高于末梢血血液样本(P<0.05);采血后2、4、6 h,静脉血与末梢血液样本WBC、PLT、RBC、Hct、MCV、Hb、MCH、MCHC水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论:静脉采血与末梢采血的血常规检验结果存在差异,且采血后血样放置时间也会影响血液检验结果。因此,临床应在采血后尽快进行血常规检验,并优先考虑使用静脉血样本,以提高血常规检验结果的准确性、稳定性。Objective:To analyze the influence of venous blood and peripheral blood samples on blood routine test results.Methods:A total of 312 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at Wuxi City Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.One peripheral blood sample and one venous blood sample were collected from all healthy individuals.The blood routine test results of venous blood and peripheral blood samples were compared.Results:Within 1 h after blood collection and at 2,4,and 6 h after blood collection,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT),red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(Hct),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCH)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in venous blood samples were higher than those in peripheral blood samples(P<0.05).At 2,4 and 6 h after blood collection,the levels of WBC,PLT,RBC,Hct,MCV,Hb,MCH and MCHC in venous blood and peripheral blood samples decreased gradually(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences in the blood routine test results between venous blood and peripheral blood,and the time of blood sample placed after blood collection may also affect the blood test results.Therefore,blood routine test should be carried out as soon as possible after blood collection in clinical setting,and the use of venous blood samples should be preferred to improve the accuracy and stability of blood routine test results.
