摘 要:目的:探讨尿离心镜法、尿干化学法在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月珠海市金湾区南水镇卫生院收治的500例疑似泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,均运用尿离心镜法、尿干化学法完成尿常规检查,以超声诊断结果作为“金标准”,比较尿离心镜法、尿干化学法诊断泌尿系结石的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果:超声检查结果显示,500例受检者确诊泌尿系结石484例。尿干化学法诊断泌尿系结石的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于尿离心镜法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿离心镜法、尿干化学法在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值较高,可以有效检出泌尿系结石患者草酸钙结晶情况,且尿干化学法诊断泌尿系结石的效能优于尿离心镜法。Objective:To investigate the application value of uroscopy and urochemistry in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods:A total of five hundred patients with suspected urinary calculi admitted to Zhuhai Jinwan District Nanshui Town Health Center from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Urine routine examination was completed by urocentrifugation and urine dry chemistry.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of uroscopy and urochemistry in the diagnosis of urinary calculi were compared with the results of ultrasonic diagnosis as the gold standard.Results:The results of ultrasound examination showed that 484 of the 500 subjects were diagnosed with urinary calculi;the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of urinary dry chemical method in the diagnosis of urinary calculi were higher than those of urocentrifugation method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uroscopy and urochemistry are of high application value in the diagnosis of urinary calculi,which can effectively detect calcium oxalate crystals in patients with urinary calculi,and the efficacy of uroscopy in the diagnosis of urinary calculi is superior to urocentrifugation.
