延续性护理在永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析延续性护理在永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将2021年1月—2024年1月于东南大学附属中大医院进行永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术的患者82例随机分为观察组(n=41,实施延续性护理)和对照组(n=41,实施常规院外指导),比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自护能力评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后患者实施延续性护理,可改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of continuity of care in patients after permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker insertion.Methods:A total of 82 patients who underwent permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker insertion in Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into observation group(n=41,implementing continuity of care)and control group(n=41,implementing routine out-of-hospital guidance)using random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores of observation group compared control group lower(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the two groups increased,and the scores of observation group compared control group were higher(P<0.05).In observation group,total incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental health and overall health in the two groups increased,and the scores of observation group compared control group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of continuity of care in patients after permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker insertion is good,which can improve patients'anxiety and depression emotions,enhance their self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
