摘 要:目的:分析针对性健康教育在住院患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1—12月泰安八十八医院收治的120例住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=60,实施针对性健康教育)与对照组(n=60,实施常规健康教育)。对比两组干预效果。结果:观察组患者健康知识总掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者院内感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性健康教育在住院患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者健康知识掌握率、护理满意度、生活质量,降低院内感染率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted health education in hospitalized patients.Methods:A total of 120 inpatients admitted to Taian 88 Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=60,implementing targeted health education)and control group(n=60,implementing routine health education).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total mastery rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological functioning,physiological function,somatic pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological functioning,physiological function,somatic pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted health education in hospitalized patients has a significant effect,and can improve the health knowledge mastery rate,nursing satisfaction degree,quality of life of patients,and reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
