摘　　要：目的:分析微波治疗仪联合针对性护理在急性阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月江南大学附属医院收治的80例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法分组,单数分到观察组(n=40),双数分到对照组(n=40)。对照组行针对性护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用微波治疗仪治疗。对比两组干预效果。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗仪联合针对性护理在急性阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果显著,可加快患者康复进程,改善患者心理状态,缓解疼痛,提高睡眠质量,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the application effect of microwave therapy instrument combined with targeted nursing in patients with acute appendicitis undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were grouped using odd and even numbers,namely observation group(n=40)with odd numbers and control group(n=40)with even numbers.The control group received targeted nursing,while the observation group received the treatment with microwave therapy instrument on the basis of control group.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:The bowel sound recovery time,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety,depression,pain,falling asleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,daytime function score and complication incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microwave therapy instrument combined with targeted nursing in patients with acute appendicitis undergoing surgery has significant effects,and can accelerate the recovery process,improve mental status,alleviate pain,improve sleep quality,and reduce complications.
