摘　　要：简述了离子膜在烧碱生产中的使用情况。通过长时间分析和对数据的统计,总结出影响离子膜运行时长的客观因素。在保障安全生产的前提下,延长离子膜使用寿命到70个月。The application of ion-exchange membrane in caustic soda production is briefly described.Based on the analysis of long-term statistical data,objective factors that influence the operation time of ion-exchange membranes are summarized.The service life of ion-exchange membrane extends to 70 months while ensuring safe production.
