摘 要:分析了一次盐水不合格事故对电解槽运行的影响。事故起因于操作不当,导致加酸过量,pH值降至0,进而影响了螯合树脂塔的除金属离子功能,造成二次盐水中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等金属离子含量严重超标。事故中离子膜受损,可能导致电流效率下降和电压上升,甚至提前失效。事故发生后,电解槽碱中含盐量大幅增加,氯气纯度下降,氯气中氧含量上升,氯酸根及次氯酸根含量上升,电解槽电流效率降低。离子膜受损是本次事故的主要损失。建议加强现场管理、职工培训,严格控制盐水质量,延长离子膜使用寿命,以确保电解槽的正常运行。The impact of an unqualified saltwater accident on the operation of electrolytic cells was analyzed.The accident was caused by an improper operation which resulted in excessive acid addition and a decrease in pH value to O,further affected the metal ion removal function of the chelating resin tower and caused serious exceedance of metal ions such as Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)in the secondary brine.In the accident,the damage to ion membrane may lead to a decrease in current efficiency,an increase in voltage,and even premature failure.After the accident,the salt content in the alkali of the electrolytic cell increased significantly,the purity of chlorine gas decreased,the oxygen content in chlorine gas increased,chlorate and hypochlorite content increased,and the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell decreased.The damage to the ion-exchange membrane was the main loss in this accident.It is recommended to strengthen on-site management and employee training,strictly control the quality of saltwater,and extend the service life of ion-exchange membranes,to ensure the normal operation of electrolytic cells.
