摘  要:在烧碱蒸发过程中,将蒸发器蒸发得到的部分碱液循环回流至蒸发器,旨在降低蒸发过程中的蒸汽消耗。考察了Ⅰ效蒸发器不同循环回流量对蒸发过程蒸汽消耗的影响。结果表明:32%碱液进入量与43.5%碱液回流量的比为2∶3时,蒸汽消耗最低。提出烧碱蒸发系统优化策略与改进方向。During the evaporation of caustic soda solution,a portion of the caustic soda solution flowing out of the evaporator is circulated back to the evaporator in order to reduce steam consumption.The article investigates the effect of different circulating reflux rates on steam consumption during the evaporation process of the first-effect evaporator.The results shows that when the ratio of 32%alkali solution addition to 43.5%alkali solution reflux is 2:3,the steam consumption is the lowest.
