摘  要:脉络膜厚度可以反映脉络膜的营养供应情况,客观地评估脉络膜健康状况。随着扫频源光学相干断层扫描(SS-OCT)设备的不断进步和完善,对脉络膜厚度的检测,更加直观、精准。基于近几年扫频源光学相干断层扫描的研究成果,本文就正常脉络膜厚度测量,屈光不正对脉络膜的影响,眼部疾病及治疗后脉络膜的变化,医学检验结果与脉络膜的相关因素及公共健康和脉络膜的关系等方面进行了综述,不断加深对脉络膜相关的生理、病理变化的的认识。Choroidal thickness reflects the nutrient supply to the choroid and can be referenced objectively to assess the choroidal health conditions.With the continuous advancement and improvement of swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)equipment,the detection of choroidal thickness has become more intuitive and precise.Based on the research results of swept-source optical coherence tomography in recent years,this article reviews the measurement of normal choroidal thickness,the effect of refractive error on the choroid,the changes of the choroid after ocular diseases and treatments,the correlation of medical test results with the choroid,and the relationship of public health and the choroid to deepen the understanding of the physiological and pathological changes related to the choroid.
