摘　　要：为解决中心化电子交易系统存在的交易数据被恶意篡改和监管不到位等问题,本文从建设目标、建设原则、总体架构、上链数据架构、部署方式等方面介绍了如何构建部署基于区块链技术的建设工程招投标数字见证平台,分析将区块链技术应用于建设工程招投标领域对推动交易平台履行见证职能、提高平台公信力等方面所取得的成效。In order to solve the problems of malicious tampering and unregulated transaction data in the centralized electronic trading system,this paper introduces how to build and deploy a construction project bidding digital witness platform based on blockchain technology from the aspects of construction objectives、construction principles、overall architecture、link data architectur、deployment mode etc.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of applying blockchain technology in the field of public resource trading in promoting the performance of the witness function of the trading platform and improving the credibility of the platform.
