游梁抽油机滚珠丝杠式电机底座的研制与应用

摘　　要：游梁式抽油机电机底座类型主要有纵、横滑轨,在更换电机皮带、调参等相关工作中存在操作繁锁、劳效低,安全风险大的问题。通过创新,首次将滚珠丝杆应用在滑道中,研制出一种滚珠丝杠式电机底座。应用表明,该装置操作效率高,安全风险低,减轻了巡检站岗位员工劳动强度。Motor bases for beam pumping units typically involve longitudinal and transverse sliding rails.Issues such as complex operations,low labor efficiency,and high safety risks arise during tasks like replacing motor belts and adjusting parameters.By innovatively applying ball screws to the sliding rails for the first time,a new ball screw type motor base has been developed.Field applications demonstrate that this device significantly enhances operational efficiency and safety while reducing maintenance workload and complexity.
