摘 要:为解决油水井冲钻磨铣施工时,传统冲砂作业存在的更换冲钻单根油管停泵影响冲砂效率的问题,江汉油田运用新技术研制了一种冲砂不停泵装置。该装置由油管滑套换向器和套管三通密封装置组成,可实现连续冲砂工艺接单根时不停泵,有效提高冲钻磨铣的作业效率,降低井控和环境污染风险。室内试验与现场应用表明,该装置符合实际应用要求,能替代传统冲砂工艺,实现冲钻磨铣施工的优化应用。To address the issue of decreased sand washing efficiency during milling and drilling operations in oil and water wells due to the need to stop the pump to replace tubing singles,Jianghan Oilfield developed a non-stop sand washing device using new technology.This device consists of a tubing sliding sleeve diverter and a casing tee sealing device,enabling continuous sand washing without stopping the pump when connecting tubing singles,thereby improving the efficiency of milling and drilling operations and reducing well control and environmental pollution risks.Laboratory tests and field applications have shown that the device meets practical application requirements and can replace traditional sand washing processes,optimizing milling and drilling operations.
