浅议如何有效发挥国企基层党支部委员作用

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出"党的工作最坚实的力量支撑在基层,必须把抓基层打基础作为长远之计和固本之策。"当前,油田企业在提升基层党组织组织力、战斗力等方面,还存在一系列亟待解决的问题。笔者结合工作实践,就如何健全完善党支部体系建设、制度建设,发挥基层党支部委员作用,加强党建工作载体创新进行了初浅的探讨。General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized that“the most solid support for the Party's work lies at the grassroots level,and we must regard strengthening the grassroots as a long-term strategy and a fundamental measure.”Currently,there are a series of pressing issues that oilfield enterprises need to address in terms of enhancing the organizational strength and combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations.Based on practical work experience,the author provides a preliminary discussion on how to improve the construction of Party branch systems and institutions,leverage the role of grassroots Party branch members,and innovate the methods of Party building.
