摘 要:正常腱-骨界面具有复杂的拓扑异构特征,其发育和形成涉及多因素的共同调控。而在其发生损伤后,自然修复与愈合的结果通常是肌腱与皮质骨之间通过新生纤维瘢痕组织形成连接。因此,目前研究旨在通过设计具有拓扑异构特征的仿生支架、调控局部微环境等策略实现腱-骨界面的重塑与再生。本文中就腱-骨界面的形成、重塑与再生进行综述,旨在为腱-骨界面损伤的治疗提供思路。The normal tendon-to-bone interface has complex topological isomerism characteristics,and its development and formation involve multifactorial regulation.After injury,natural repair and healing usually result in the formation of a connection between the tendon and cortical bone through newly formed fibrous scar tissue.Current research aims to achieve remodeling and regeneration of the tendon-to-bone interface by designing biomimetic scaffolds with topological isomerism characteristics and regulating the local microenvironment.The authors review the formation,remodeling,and regeneration of the tendon-to-bone interface,providing insights into the treatment of tendon-to-bone interface injuries.
