从生产工具演变的大历史视角,深入理解新质生产力“质的跃升”的划时代意义

摘　　要：[目的/意义]从理论上深入研究新质生产力,丰富新质生产力理论,用以推动新的发展实践。[方法/过程]以马克思主义历史唯物主义方法论、大历史观为指引,以生产工具这一代表人类社会生产力发展水平的关键要素为根本切入点,分析人类历史上生产工具演进“质的跃升”带动人类社会进步的革命性作用,充分认识当代新质生产力的划时代意义。[结果/结论]以生产工具的革命性突破为重要视角,是深入理解当代新质生产力变革并抓住历史时机的重要方法;新质生产力是人类社会进入信息时代的“质的跃升”的表现,将推动人类社会生产方式、生活方式发生新的革命性变革;要深刻理解这一变革的本质和意义,把握其本质特征和发展趋势,加快发展新质生产力,推进中国式现代化;智库是发展新质生产力的有生力量,要在中国式智库现代化建设中,积极探索新质生产力和新型生产关系发展问题,积极提供强大智力支持。[Purpose/Significance]The aim of the paper is to study in depth the new quality of productive forces theoretically,enrich the theory of new quality productive forces,and promote the new development practice.[Method/Process]Guided by the methodology of Marxist historical materialism and the concept of history,and taking the means of production,the key element representing the level of development of the productive forces in human society,as the fundamental breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the revolutionary role of“qualitative leap”in the evolution of production tools in human history,and fully understands the epoch-making significance of modern new quality productivity.[Result/Conclusion]Taking the revolutionary breakthrough of production tools as an important perspective is an important way to deeply understand the contemporary change of the new quality productivity and seize the historical opportunity.The new quality productivity is the expression of“qualitative leap”in human society entering the information age,which will promote the new revolutionary change of production mode and life style of human society.We should deeply understand the essence and significance of this reform,grasp its essential features and development trends,speed up the development of new quality productive forces and promote Chinese path to modernization.Think tanks are effective forces for developing new quality productive forces.We should actively explore new quality productive forces and new relations of production in the modernization of Chinese-style think tanks,and actively provide strong intellectual support.
