摘　　要：病毒性肺炎是上呼吸道病毒感染并向下蔓延引起的肺实质炎症,可发生在免疫功能正常或抑制的人群,常见的致病病毒分为原发性导致呼吸道感染的病毒和机会性导致呼吸系统感染的病毒,不同病毒的致病特点不尽相同,病毒感染较严重者出现严重的呼吸衰竭,死亡率较高。本文旨在通过总结病毒性肺炎的病原体类型、检查方法、临床表现及影像学表现、治疗方法等提高临床医务人员对病毒性肺炎的重视程度,形成系统干预的临床思维,为病毒性肺炎的临床治疗提供参考。Viral pneumonia is an inflammation of the lung parenchyma caused by upper respiratory tract viral infection and spreading downwards,which could occur in individuals with normal or suppressed immune systems.The common pathogenic viruses can be divided into primary viruses that cause respiratory infections and opportunistic viruses that cause respiratory infections.The pathogenic characteristics of different viruses are not the same.Severe respiratory failure may occur in patients with severe viral infection,and the mortality rate is high.This article aims to improve the awareness of clinical medical staff of viral pneumonia by summarizing the types of pathogens,examination methods,clinical manifestations,and imaging findings,as well as treatment methods.It aims to form a systematic intervention clinical thinking and provide reference for the clinical treatment of viral pneumonia.
