新赶考背景下加强年轻干部“两个务必”教育论析

摘　　要：“两个务必”是毛泽东同志对革命胜利后如何长治久安的深谋远虑,是对全党同志“进京赶考”提出的政治要求,具有重要的历史意义和时代价值。当前,新赶考路上所面临的复杂环境、年轻干部所承担的使命、面临的风险与挑战需要年轻干部加强“两个务必”教育。为此,要加强思想引导,增强“两个务必”教育实效;依托平台载体,丰富“两个务必”教育方法;健全长效机制,推进“两个务必”教育走深。The thought of“two musts”is Comrade Mao Zedong's foresights on how to maintain long-term stability after the victory of the revolution,as well as a political requirement for all the Party comrades to“go to Beijing to take the exam”,which is of important historical significance and value of the times.At present,the complicated environment faced by the new entrance examination,the mission undertaken by the young cadres,as well as faced risks and challenges and so on,require young cadres to strengthen the“two musts”education.Therefore,it's necessary to strengthen ideological guidance so as to enhance the actual effect of the“two musts”education;rely on the platform carrier,so as to enrich the“two musts”education methods;improve the long-term mechanism,so as to deepen the“two musts”education.
