摘 要:中国传统教育的思想内核——本根于“人性”的人本思想、追求成圣成贤的理想人格、重义轻利的价值取向,蕴含着丰富的课程思政资源与理念,是学生系统学习传统文化的主渠道,为大学生立志有恒提供精神资源,是教师立德和奠定事业的磐基,挖掘其中的思政元素,不但是课程思政的基本要求,也是弘扬中国传统教育思想文化的基本工作。基于此,从自强不息精神、理想人格风范、重义轻利价值取向以及尊师重道风气与传统等,通过构建“学—思—行—兴”模式,揭橥中国传统教育在磨砺学生坚定意志、形塑至善完人、浸润淑世情怀、铸就大国良师等层面的价值,探索其中的“立德树人”过程与思想。The ideological core of traditional Chinese education,which is rooted in human nature,pursuing the ideal personality of becoming a saint and a virtuous person,and valuing righteousness over profit,contains rich curriculum ideological and political resources and concepts.It is the main channel for college students to systematically learn traditional culture,providing spiritual resources for undergraduates to aspire and persevere,the foundation for teachers to establish morality and lay the foundation for their careers.Exploring the ideological and political elements within it is not only a basic requirement for curriculum ideological and political education,but also a fundamental task for promoting traditional Chinese educational ideology and culture.Based on this,from the spirit of self-improvement,the ideal personality style,the orientation of valuing justice over profit,and the ethos and tradition of respecting teachers and valuing morality,through the construction of the“learning-thinking-doing-Xing”model,this study aims to reveal the value of Chinese traditional education in honing the students'firm will,shaping the perfect person,infiltrating the feelings of the world,and building a good teacher of a great country to explore the process and path of“cultivating virtue and nurturing talents”.
