摘　　要：科研诚信问题是科学的生命。学术期刊是防范科研失信行为的最后一道防线,理应承担起相应的职责。文章从编辑工作角度,提出检测方法不当、检测频率和检测质量低、未进行深入研究比对和无法规避的人际关系因素是编辑无法有效识别学术不端文献、产生学术不端行为的原因。由此提出学术期刊编辑要通过注重工作细节、提高检测频率和检测质量、正确分辨作者撤稿行为、加强编辑自身的价值体系建设等途径防范学术不端行为。同时,期刊编辑部要进行一系列顶层设计:做好开放科学计划,培育诚信氛围;承担“文责共负”之责,建立编辑道歉制度;强化编辑认知意识,提高编辑专业能力,以此为捍卫学术诚信、净化学术生态环境作出应有的贡献。通过此研究,以期为学术期刊编辑防范学术不端行为提供参考,共同努力营造良好的科研诚信生态。The issue of scientific research integrity is the life of science.Academic journals are the last line of defense against scientific research misconduct,and they should assume the corresponding responsibilities.From the editorial point of view,the article proposes that improper detection methods,low frequency and quality of detection,failure to carry out in-depth research and comparison and unavoidable interpersonal factors are the causes of academic misconduct literature.Thus,it is proposed that the editors of academic journals should prevent and control academic misconduct by focusing on the details of their work,improving the frequency and quality of detection,correctly distinguishing the authors'withdrawal behavior,and strengthening the editors'own value system construction.At the same time,the editorial department of journals should carry out a series of top-level design:do a good job of open science program,cultivate an atmosphere of integrity;assume the responsibility of"shared responsibility"and establish an editorial apology system;strengthen editorial cognitive awareness and improve editorial professional ability,so as to make due contribution to the defense of academic integrity and purification of the academic ecological environment.Through this study,we hope to provide reference for the editors of academic journals to prevent and control academic misbehavior,and make joint efforts to create a good scientific research integrity ecology.
