摘　　要：以人民为中心是习近平文化思想的理论内核。习近平文化思想坚持以人民为中心,源于对马克思主义人民观的继承与发展、中华传统民本思想的创造性转化与创新性发展以及新时代党和国家坚持为人民服务的文化建设实践;习近平文化思想坚持以人民为中心的核心要义体现为,以实现人的全面发展为文化建设的目标导向、以发挥人民主体作用为文化建设的路径指引、以文化发展成果由人民共享为文化建设的价值归宿、以文化发展成效由人民评判为文化建设的衡量标尺;习近平文化思想坚持以人民为中心,丰富和发展了马克思主义文化思想,为新时代社会主义文化建设提供了行动指南,有效弘扬全人类共同价值并推动了世界文明交流互鉴。"People-centered approach"is the theoretical core of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought.Xi Jinping's cultural thought adheres to people-centered,which is the inheritance and development of the Marxist view of the people,the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional Chinese people-centered ideology,as well as the practice of the Party and the State adhering to the people-centered cultural construction in the new era.The core essence of Xi Jinping's cultural thought,which adheres to people-centered,is embodied in the goal orientation of cultural construction of realizing the comprehensive development of human beings,the path guidance of cultural construction of taking the role of the people as the main body as the path guide,the value of cultural construction of taking the sharing of cultural development achievements by the people,and the measurement of cultural development of the effectiveness of cultural development of judging by the people as the standard of cultural construction.Xi Jinping’s cultural thought adheres to the people-centered approach,enriches and develops Marxist cultural thought,provides a guide to action for the construction of socialist culture in the new era,and effectively carries forward the common values of all mankind and promotes exchanges and mutual understanding of the world's civilizations.
