摘 要:采用饱和浸渍法制备了一系列的铜改性污泥炭(Cu/SC)催化剂,并研究了其对甲苯的催化燃烧性能。采用XRD、SEM、XPS等现代表征技术分析Cu基催化剂的晶形结构、表观形貌和表面元素分布。实验结果表明,Cu的负载量为15%的Cu/SC催化剂具有较好的催化性能,在319℃时甲苯的转化率达到90%,且负载相同的Cu含量,Cu/SC的催化性能比Cu/ZSM-5的催化性能好,主要原因是15Cu/SC具有较高的吸附氧和Cu2+浓度。此外,15Cu/SC具有较好的稳定性,在连续反应48h后,催化活性仍在90%左右,具有较好的热稳定性。该研究结果可为污泥炭的高值利用和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的治理提供一定的理论参考。A series of copper modified sludge char(Cu/SC)catalysts were prepared by saturation impregnation and their catalytic combustion properties for toluene were studied.Modern characterization techniques,such as XRD,SEM,XPS,were used to analyze the crystal structure,apparent morphology and surface element distribution of Cu-based catalysts.The experimental results show that the Cu/SC catalyst with 15%Cu loading has better catalytic performance with T90 of 319℃and the catalytic performance of Cu/SC is better than that of Cu/ZSM-5 with the same Cu content,mainly owing to the higher oxygen adsorption and Cu2+concentration on 15Cu/SC.In addition,15Cu/SC had good thermal stability and the catalytic activity was still about 90%after 48h of continuous reaction.The research results can provide a theoretical guidance for the high-value utilization of sludge char and the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).
