摘 要:地黄是传统的滋补中药,是玄参科植物地黄的新鲜或干燥块根。现代研究表明,地黄富含多种活性成分,如环烯醚萜类、多糖类、苯乙醇苷类、紫罗兰酮类、酚酸类、木脂素类等,具有广泛的药理活性。其中,多糖类是地黄的主要有效成分之一,具有极高的药用与经济价值。本文综述了近年来地黄化学成分的研究进展,并对其多糖类成分的提取工艺进行了归纳整理,以期为地黄成分的分离以及地黄多糖提取工艺的优化提供理论依据。Rehmanniae radix is a traditional tonic Chinese Medicine that is the fresh or dried tuberous root of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Modern studies have shown that rehmanniae radix is rich in various active ingredients,such as iridoid,polysaccharides,phenylethanoid glycosides,ionones,phenolic acids,and lignans,which have a wide range of pharmacological activities.Among them,polysaccharides are one of the main effective components of rehmanniae radix,which has high medicinal and economic value.In this paper,the research progress of chemical components of rehmanniae radix in recent years was reviewed,and the extraction technology of polysaccharide components was summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis for the separation of components and the optimization of extraction technology of polysaccharides from rehmanniae radix.
