摘　　要：国家政策指向、队伍专业化建设驱动和人才培养科学化发展需要是新时代大学生思想政治工作人才生成与发展的自身逻辑。人才供给与人才需求相耦合是人才生成的根本要求,优势积累与创造实践相统一是人才生成的必要环节,连续过程转化是人才发展的必然过程。实现人才开发合目的性与合规律性的有机统一,需要面向需求,系统设计构建阶梯式大学生思想政治工作人才开发项目;坚持高端引领,以重大课题攻关项目开发战略领军人才;坚持以用为本,构筑高层次人才施展才能的专业平台;坚持改革创新,优化大学生思想政治工作高层次后备人才培养模式。The intrinsic logic for the generation and development of ideological and political education talent among university students in the new era is driven by national policy orientation,the professionalization of the workforce,and the need for scientific development in talent cultivation.The coupling of talent supply and demand is the fundamental requirement for talent generation,the unification of advantage accumulation and creative practice is a necessary link for talent generation,and the continuous process transformation is an inevitable process for talent development.To achieve the organic unity of purposefulness and regularity in talent development,it is necessary to systematically design and construct a step-by-step talent development program for ideological and political education among university students based on demand;adhere to high-end leadership,developing strategic leading talents through major project tackling;adhere to a usagebased approach,building professional platforms for high-level talent to showcase their abilities;and adhere to reform and innovation,optimizing the training model for high-level reserve talents in ideological and political education among university students.
