摘 要:介绍了感应电炉熔炼过程中传统的捞渣作业出现的工人劳动强度大、工作环境差及捞渣效率低等问题。通过采用智能捞渣机器人颠覆了传统的人工捞渣模式,经过实际生产验证,智能机器人捞渣模式产生了较好的应用效果:降低了操作人员的劳动强度,避免了人员操作过程中铁液的高温热辐射,改善了工人的作业环境,减少了铁液的损耗,降低了聚渣剂的使用量,相应的减少了烟尘的产生,有很大的经济社会效应。The issues encountered during traditional slag removal operations in induction furnace melting,such as high labor intensity,poor working conditions,and low slag removal efficiency were introduced.By employing an intelligent slag removal robot,the conventional manual slag removal method was revolutionized.Practical production validation had shown that the intelligent robot slag removal mode yields significant benefits:it reduced the labor intensity of operators,prevented exposure to high-temperature thermal radiation from molten iron during manual operations,improved the working environment,minimized molten iron loss,reduced the consumption of slagging agents,and correspondingly decreased the generation of fumes,leading to considerable economic and social benefits.
