摘  要:介绍了喷吹法球化处理工艺在轧辊制造领域的试验应用,详细阐述了喷吹设备、原材料要求以及球化处理过程控制,最后指出:(1)利用喷吹钝化镁工艺进行离心复合轧辊辊颈铁液球化处理,最佳镁残量应控制在0.03%~0.04%;(2)喷吹钝化镁速度应控制在6~7 kg/min;(3)喷吹钝化镁工艺结合除尘设备,可以控制球化过程产生的大气污染;(4)在喷吹球化处理工艺温度允许范围,适当降低球化处理温度或适当增加镁蒸气压,有利于保证铁液的球化效果。The experimental application of the magnesium blowing spheroidization process in roll manufacturing was introduced.The blowing equipment,raw material requirements,and the process control of spheroidization were elaborated.The findings were as follows:(1)For spheroidizing the molten iron of centrifugal composite roll necks using the magnesium blowing passiv-ation process,the optimal residual magnesium content should be controlled between 0.03%and 0.04%.(2)The blowing speed of passivated magnesium should be maintained at 6~7 kg/min.(3)The combination of the blowing passivated magnesium process and dust removal equipment could effectively control atmospheric pollution generated during the spheroidization process.(4)Within the permissible temperature range for the blowing spheroidization process,appropriately lowering the treatment tempe-rature or increasing the magnesium vapor pressure could ensure the spheroidization effect of the molten iron.
