摘  要:验证分析了中频电炉熔炼铸铁用炉料的种类及尺寸规格选择,炉衬材料及筑炉、烘炉工艺对耗电的影响。最后指出:(1)采用多规格尺寸炉料搭配,可实现炉料的最优堆积密度,缩短加料操作时间,减少炉料对炉衬的机械冲击,提高熔化效率;(2)采用洁净回炉料,可降低熔渣量,延长炉衬寿命,降低劳动强度;(3)合理的选择炉衬材料,实现最紧实堆积,与炉衬材料匹配的烘炉工艺,获得合理的炉衬烧结结构,提高炉衬寿命;(4)合理选择优质添加剂,可有效降低铸件不良品率1%以上,且铸件质量更稳定。综合采取上述措施,可达到每吨铁液降低能耗5.7%的效果,实现节能减碳。The selection of furnace charge types and dimensions for melting cast iron in medium frequency electric furnaces along with the impact of refractory lining materials and furnace construction processes on power consumption were verified and analyzed.It concluded that:(1)Using furnace charges of various sizes and specifications achieved optimal stacking density,reduced charging time,minimized mechanical impacts on the furnace lining by the charge,and enhanced melting efficiency.(2)Utilizing clean recycled materials lowered slag formation,extended the furnace lining lifespan,and reduced labor intensity.(3)Selecting appropriate refractory lining materials and implementing matching furnace baking processes resulted in a tightly packed and properly sintered lining structure,thereby extending its lifespan.(4)Choosing high-quality additives eff-ectively reduced defective castings by more than 1%and stabilized casting quality.By implementing these measures compre-hensively,a reduction in energy consumption by 5.7%per ton of molten iron could be achieved,contributing to energy savings and decarbonization efforts.
