摘  要:通过对V型柴油机缸体的浇注系统进行工艺分析,发现内浇道设置在铸型最底面,采用扁形立式设计,在装配砂芯过程中,芯砂易掉入立式内浇道,空间较狭窄,无法检查和吸出芯砂,导致砂眼缺陷率居高不下。利用泡沫块的高温消失特性,使用泡沫块封堵内浇道,防止芯砂掉入内浇道,同时利于用风管把易干涉位置吹干净,并把型内散砂吹向两端,再用吸尘器吸干净。经生产验证,砂眼缺陷率由19%降至8%,砂眼缺陷率大幅度降低,砂眼废品率由3%降至1%,取得了较好的效果。Through process analysis of the pouring system for V-type diesel engine cylinder blocks,it was discovered that the inner runner was set at the lowest point of the mold and designed in a flat,vertical shape.During the assembly of the sand core,core sand easily falls into the vertical inner runner,and the narrow space makes it difficult to inspect and remove the core sand,resulting in a persistently high sand hole defect rate.By utilizing the high-temperature disappearance characteristic of foam blocks,they were used to seal the inner runner,preventing core sand from entering the inner runner.This also facilitated the use of air pipes to clean the obstructed areas,blowing loose sand towards both ends of the mold and then using a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly clean it.Production verification showed that the sand hole defect rate decreased from 19%to 8%,significantly reducing the defect rate.The scrap rate due to sand holes dropped from 3%to 1%.The process improvement had achieved good results.
