摘  要:介绍了一种利用空压机热风余热的烘干装置,详细阐述了该装置的结构及使用方法,根据烘干室能够持续可靠运行需要的供热量以及每台空压机的散热量,确定配备烘干空压机的数量。通过在箱体类、壳体类铸件上进行实际应用,按照每年产量约6000 t铸件进行计算,每年可节省费用332640元。最后指出:该装置的使用充分发挥了废气再利用的环保作用,减少了空气污染,改善了铸造车间的生产环境,节约了大量的燃气费用,降低了生产成本。A drying device that utilizes the hot air waste heat from air compressors was introduced.Its structure and usage were elaborated.The number of air compressors equipped for drying was determined based on the heating capacity required for the continuous and reliable operation of the drying chamber,as well as the heat dissipation of each air compressor.Through practical application in box and shell castings,calculated based on an annual output of approximately 6000 tons of castings,annual costs of 332640 yuan could be saved.It was emphasized that the utilization of this device fully exploited the envir-onmental benefits of waste gas reuse,reduced air pollution,improved the production environment of the foundry workshop,saved a significant amount of gas costs,and reduced production costs.
