摘 要:本文围绕高等院校如何培养应用型人才外语能力这一关键问题展开。首先在回顾外语能力研究进展的基础上分析了“一带一路”倡议对外语能力的需求,指出构成应用型人才外语能力的4个基本要素;然后从教学理念、学科定位和布局、应用型人才培养等方面讨论应用型人才外语能力培养所面临的挑战;最后提出创新大学外语教学理念、优化学科定位和课程设置、加强外语课程思政建设等策略来加强应用型人才外语能力培养以适应高校服务国家战略的需要。This paper aims at exploring how to cultivate foreign language competence of application-oriented talents in higher educational institutions of China.This paper firstly makes an analysis of the demand for foreign language competence under the Belt and Road Initiative,and then puts forward with four basic elements of foreign language competence of application-oriented talents based on the review of research progress of foreign language competence.Next it discusses the current challenges faced by many colleges and universities in the cultivation of foreign language competence from the aspects of teaching concept,discipline orientation and layout,and application-oriented personnel training.Finally it proposes that higher education institutions should develop the foreign language competence of application-oriented talents by innovating college foreign language teaching concepts,optimizing discipline orientation and curriculum,and strengthening the ideological and political construction of foreign language courses so that it could adapt to the needs of colleges and universities to serve the national strategies.
