摘　　要：2023年12月2日,英国及英联邦国家研究中心成立仪式暨“‘一带一路’共建与中国及英联邦国家关系”学术研讨会在浙江越秀外国语学院举行。英联邦国家作为世界上重要的经济体和政治力量,与中国在政治、经济、文化等多个领域的合作不断加深。作为中国的重要外贸大省,浙江与英联邦国家的联系更为紧密。值此“一带一路”倡议10周年之际,为发挥研究中心服务国家战略和地方发展的智库咨询作用,在本次会议中,来自国内的专家学者围绕四大议题--“‘一带一路’倡议下中国对外关系中的地域战略互动”“‘一带一路’倡议下中国与英联邦国家的双边经贸互动及其对全球经济的影响”“‘一带一路’倡议下能源科技对中国与英联邦国家外交关系的影响”“英联邦国家历史轨迹对‘一带一路’倡议下中国与英联邦国家外交互动的影响”,展开了热烈务实的讨论,取得了丰硕的成果。On December 2,2023,the inauguration ceremony for the Research Center for the UK and Commonwealth Countries,followed by the academic symposium on"Belt and Road Initiative's Joint Construction and Its Relations with China and Commonwealth Countries",was held at Zhejiang Yuexiu University.The Commonwealth countries,as significant economic and political forces globally,have seen their collaboration with China deepening in various fields such as politics,economy,and culture.With Zhejiang being one of the major foreign trading provinces in China,its ties with the Commonwealth countries are even closer.Coinciding with the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative,this symposium leveraged the research center's role in offering think tank consultations to aid national strategies and local development.In this symposium,domestic experts and scholars engaged in vigorous and practical discussions around four major topics:"The Regional Strategic Interactions in China's Diplomacy Under the Implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative""The Bilateral Economic and Trade Interactions Between China and Commonwealth Countries and the Impacts on Global Economy Under the Implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative""The Impact of Energy and Technology on China's Diplomatic Relations with Commonwealth Countries under the Implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative""The Influence of the Historical Track of Commonwealth Countries on the Diplomatic Interactions Between China and Commonwealth Countries under the Implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative".The symposium concluded with a wealth of fruitful outcomes.
