摘 要:利用Anycasting软件模拟分析了ADC12铝合金发动机后体座在液态金属充型过程与凝固过程中,不同压铸条件下,不同工艺参数对铸件性能的影响,有效地预测了液态金属在凝固过程中产生气孔和疏松的部位,获得较优的压铸工艺参数。同时,运用P-Q图对该工艺参数进行了可行性分析,为提高ADC12铝合金发动机后体座的压铸质量提供依据。模拟结果表明,铸件最优工艺参数为:低速压射速度0.2 m/s,高速压射速度2.5 m/s,浇注温度为670℃,模具温度为200℃。通过实际压铸试验结果表明,该工艺参数符合生产工作要求,可进行批量生产。In this paper,Anycasting software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of different process parameters on the liquid metal filling and solidification process of the rear body of the ADC12 aluminum alloy engine under different die casting conditions,effectively predicting the porosity and porosity of the liquid metal during the solidification process,and obtaining better die casting process parameters.At the same time,the feasibility analysis of the process parameters is carried out by using P-Q diagram,which provides a basis for improving the die-casting quality of the rear body of the ADC12 aluminum engine.The simulation results show that the optimal process parameters are as follows:low speed injection 0.2 m/s,high speed injection 2.5 m/s,casting temperature of 670℃,mold temperature of 200℃.The actual die casting test results show that the process parameters meet the production requirements and can be used for mass production.
