摘 要:为研究岛礁珊瑚砂材料可注性,采用超细硅酸盐水泥浆液开展了一系列可注入特性正交试验。以注浆结石率作为可注性判别依据,分析了珊瑚砂密实度、浆液水灰比、注浆压力和保压时长等因素对注浆结石率的影响。试验结果表明,超细硅酸盐水泥对珊瑚砂注浆结石率影响的程度强弱顺序为:注浆压力、水灰比、保压时长、密实度。采用多元线性回归分析方法,建立了注浆结石率与各影响因素之间的数学模型,可用来预测注浆结石率目标值。拟合结果表明,所提模型线性相关性良好。To investigate the injectability of coral sand materials from islands and reefs,a series of orthogonal tests on injection characteristics were conducted with superfine Portland cement grout.Taking the grouting stone rate as the criterion for assessing injectability,the influence of factors such as the compactness of coral sand,the water-cement ratio of the grout,the grouting pressure,and the pressure-holding duration on the grouting stone rate was analyzed.The test results show that the sensitivity order of superfine Portland cement to the effect of coral sand grouting stone rate is as follows:grouting pressure,water-cement ratio,pressure holding time and compactness.With the multivariate linear regression analysis,a mathematical model was established between the grouting stone rate and various influencing factors,which can be used to predict the target value of the grouting stone rate.The fitting results indicate that the proposed model exhibits good linear correlation.
