摘  要:1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是一种通用溶剂和重要的有机合成原料,广泛应用于氨纶、可降解塑料、聚氨酯、涂料、光固化材料、新能源及半导体等众多领域。传统的1,4-BDO生产方法主要以石油基原料为基础,存在原材料不可再生、环境污染严重、催化条件复杂和生产成本高等问题。本文所采用的以淀粉发酵制得的生物基丁二酸为原料,再通过酯化加氢制得生物基1,4-BDO的新工艺,具有绿色环保、原料可再生、节能减排等优点,满足“碳达峰、碳中和”发展要求。此外,通过优化酯化和加氢反应条件,选用最佳催化剂,最终产率达到90%,目标产物选择性达到94%。该工艺实现了绿色环保、可持续性强、经济性高及连续化工业生产的目标。1,4-butanediol(BDO)is a general solvent and an important organic synthetic raw material.It is widely used in many fields such as spandex,biodegradable plastics,polyurethane,coatings,photocurable materials,new energy and semiconductors.The traditional production method of 1,4-BDO is mainly based on petroleum based raw materials,which has problems such as non-renewable raw materials,serious environmental pollution,complex catalytic conditions and high production costs.This paper adopts a new production process of using bio based succinic acid obtained from starch fermentation as raw material and then producing bio-based 1,4-BDO through esterification and hydrogenation,which has the advantages of green environmental protection,renewable raw materials,energy saving and emission reduction.It is a green product that meets the development requirements of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.In addition,by means of optimizing the esterification and hydrogenation reaction conditions and selecting the best catalyst,the process has the final yield which reaches 90%and the selectivity of the target product which reaches 94%.It has the characteristics of green environmental protection,strong sustainability,high economy and continuous industrial production.
