摘  要:为实现城市污泥与农业废弃物的综合应用,开展按锯末添加量(0%~50%)和水热温度(110~210℃)对锯末-污泥共水热处理污泥脱水性能和脱水泥饼资源化利用的影响研究。研究结果表明,在锯末最适添加量30%和水热温度150℃条件下,污泥比阻(specific resistance filtration,SRF)达到最小值0.275 Tm/kg,较原始污泥降低了76.9%。高温下锯末能产生酸性物质从而降低污泥pH,提高污泥Zeta电位,并促进污泥胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)的释放,同时锯末的骨架结构能促进水分的脱除。该工艺处理后的脱水泥饼含水率可从初始的81.40%经30 min快速低温干燥后降低至7.53%,泥饼有机质质量分数和热值分别达到45.7%和13.42 MJ/kg。锯末辅助污泥水热处理技术不仅能改善污泥脱水性能,而且还能提高脱水泥饼热值,实现“以废治废,变废为宝”的目的。To achieve the comprehensive application of municipal sludge and agricultural waste,this paper carries out a study on the effect of sawdust addition(0%-50%)and hydrothermal temperature(110-210℃)on the dewatering performance of sludge of the combined hydrothermal treatment of sawdust and sludge and on the resource utilization of dewatered sludge cake.The results showed that under the condition of optimum addition of 30%sawdust and the hydrothermal temperature of 150℃,the specific resistance filtration(SRF)of sludge reached the minimum value of 0.275 Tm/kg,which was 76.9%lower than that of the original sludge.At high temperature,sawdust can produce acidic substances to reduce sludge pH,increase sludge Zeta potential and promote the release of extracellular polymer substances(EPS)of sludge,while the skeleton structure of sawdust can promote removal of water.The water content of the dewatered sludge cake treated with the technique can be reduced from the initial value of 81.40%to 7.53%after rapid low-temperature drying of 30 minutes,and the organic matter content and calorific value of the sludge cake can reach 45.7%and 13.42 MJ/kg respectively.The hydrothermal treatment of sludge with the assistance of sawdust not only improves the dewatering performance of sludge,but also enhances the calorific value of dewatered sludge cake,thus achieving the purpose of“treating waste with waste and turning waste into treasure”.
