摘  要:为探讨“影视片段教学+合作学习模式”在妇女保健学课程思政建设中的应用及教学效果,采用便利取样法选取丽水学院护理本科专业2020级学生为对照组,实行常规课程思政教学方法,同专业的2021级学生为试验组,采用“影视片段教学+合作学习模式”的思政教学方法,并依据实施性研究综合框架(CFIR)设计思政案例评价问卷及思政课程教学满意度问卷,对学生考核成绩、思政案例、思政课程教学满意度进行评价。结果显示:学生成绩方面,保健知识测验、保健计划制订、保健论文成绩及总评成绩,2021级学生明显优于2020级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在思政案例评价,教学内容、教学方法满意度上,2021级学生明显优于2020级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究表明:“影视片段教学+合作学习模式”的思政教学有助于思政教学方案的更新完善,提升思政教学效果。To explore the application and teaching effect of“film and television clip teaching+cooperative learning mode”in“Women’s Health Care”,the study used the convenient sampling method in which the nursing students of Grade 2020 in Lishui University were selected as the control group to implement the conventional teaching method for the course from ideological and political perspective,and the nursing students of Grade 2021were selected as the experiment group to adopt the teaching method of“film and television clip teaching+cooperative learning mode”for the course from ideological and political perspective.With CFIR(consolidated framework for implementation research)design of the case evaluation questionnaire and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire for the course from ideological and political perspective,the study carried out evaluation on students’assessment results,case evaluation and teaching satisfaction for the course from ideological and political perspective.The results show that in terms of achievements,the students of Grade 2021 are significantly better than those of Grade 2020 in the test of health care knowledge,the plan formulation of health care,the scores of health care paper and the overall evaluation scores.The difference is significant in statistics(P<0.05).In terms of the case evaluation for the course from ideological and political perspective,the students of Grade 2021 are significantly better than those of Grade 2020 in teaching content and teaching method satisfaction.The difference is significant in statistics(P<0.05).The study shows that“film and television clip teaching+cooperative learning mode”for teaching from ideological and political perspective is helpful to update and improve the teaching programs and improve the teaching effect from ideological and political perspective.
