摘　　要：TOD商业项目以公共交通为导向,具有技术复杂、施工难度高的特点,这无疑对商业地产项目的管理提出了更高的要求。为了更高效地对商业地产项目进行管控,采用先进的项目管理手段和BIM数字化建造技术显得尤为重要。本文结合上海外高桥地区首个TOD森兰国际社区商业A4-2建设项目管理中BIM技术展开分析和论述,介绍BIM技术的相关内容,总结了一套BIM技术在商业项目管理的应用路径。TOD commercial projects are public transport-oriented and have the features of technical complexity and high construction difficulty,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the project management.In order to control commercial real estate projects more efficiently,it is particularly important to adopt advanced project management methods and BIM digital construction technology.This paper analyzes and discusses BIM technology in project management of A4-2 project,which is the first TOD Sunland International Community in Waigaoqiao area of Shanghai,and introduces relevant application contents,and summarizes a set of application paths of BIM technology in commercial project management.
