数字经济发展、创新资源投入与制造业创新质量提升

摘　　要：创新和质量是制造业高质量发展的双重驱动力,数字经济的快速发展为我国制造业创新质量的提升注入了新的动力源泉。基于“结构-行为-绩效”范式和资源基础理论,以2016-2020年201家A股制造业上市企业数据为样本,实证分析了数字经济发展这一重要宏观因素对我国制造业企业创新质量提升的影响。研究发现,数字经济发展能够显著提升制造业企业创新质量。机制检验表明,创新人力资源、创新财力资源以及创新基础设施投入是促进企业创新质量提升的重要途径。异质性检验发现,相对于非国有、低创新开放度、成熟期以及东部地区的企业而言,数字经济发展对国有企业、高创新开放度、初创期与成长期以及中西部地区企业的创新“提质”效果更加明显。Innovation and quality are the dual driving forces of the high quality development of manufacturing industry.The rapid development of digital economy provides a new source of power for the improvement of innovation quality of Chinese manufacturing industry.Based on the“structure-behavior-performance”paradigm and resource-based theory,this paper takes the data of 201 A-share manufacturing listed enterprises from 2016 to 2020 as samples,and empirically analyzes the impact of the development of digital economy,an important macro factor,on the improvement of innovation quality of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.It is found that the development of digital economy can significantly improve the innovation quality of manufacturing enterprises.The mechanism test shows that the innovation of human resources,financial resources and infrastructure investment is an important way to improve the quality of enterprise innovation.Heterogeneity test shows that compared with non-state-owned enterprises,enterprises with low innovation openness,enterprises in mature stage and eastern region,the digital economy development has more obvious effect on the innovation“quality improvement”of state-owned enterprises,enterprises with high innovation openness,enterprises in initial and growth stage and enterprises in central and western region.
