摘 要:为解决受端电网内新能源和区外直流受电比例逐渐增加影响下的电压失稳问题,进一步实现受端电网规划的合理性,提出考虑动态电压稳定性的新能源受端电网规划模型。首先,基于改进的小干扰分析法,建立新能源受端电网动态电压稳定性模型;然后,充分考虑风电、光伏和负荷的不确定性,以总规划成本最小为目标,建立考虑动态电压稳定性的新能源受端电网规划模型,并进行求解;最后,通过算例仿真验证所提出的新能源受端电网规划模型能够提升受端电网对未来新能源和负荷不确定性的接纳能力,有效降低受端电网动态电压失稳的风险。In order to solve the problem of voltage instability under the influence of the increasing proportion of new energy and external DC power in the receiving-end power grid,and further realize the rationality of the receiving-end power grid planning,this paper proposes a planning model for new energy receiving-end power grid considering dynamic voltage stability.Firstly,based on the improved small signal analysis method,the dynamic voltage stability model of the new energy receiving-end power grid is established.Then,considering the uncertainty of wind power,photovoltaic and load,with the goal of minimizing the total planning cost,this paper establishes the planning model for new energy receiving-end power grid considering dynamic voltage stability,and solves it.Finally,the simulation results show that the new energy receiving-end power grid planning model proposed in this paper can improve the receiving-end power grid's ability to accept the uncertainty of future new energy and load,and effectively reduce the risk of dynamic voltage instability of receiving-end power grid.
