摘  要:目的探讨空氧混合仪面罩吸氧对改善新生儿窒息患儿血气指标的效果。方法选取2021年10月-2023年8月湖北省麻城市人民医院收治的新生儿窒息患儿80例,根据不同干预方式分为试验组和参照组。参照组采用鼻导管吸氧干预,试验组给予空氧混合仪面罩吸氧干预。比较两组患儿干预前后心率、呼吸频率、血气指标、心理运动发育指数(Psychomotor Developmental Index,PDI)和智力发育指数(Mental Developmental Index,MDI)水平,观察两组患儿并发症发生情况。结果干预后,试验组患儿心率和呼吸频率均高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组动脉血氧分压(Arterial Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO_(2))和血氧饱和度(Oxygen Saturation of Blood,SaO_(2))水平均高于参照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide,PaCO_(2))水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组PDI评分和MDI评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿并发症总发生率低于参照组(χ^(2)=5.838,P=0.016)。结论空氧混合仪面罩吸氧可改善新生儿窒息患儿的血气指标、心率和呼吸频率,促进患儿发育,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the eff ect of oxygen inhalation with air oxygen mixer mask on improving blood gas index of neonatal asphyxia children.Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal asphyxia admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to August 2023 were selected.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to diff erent intervention methods.The reference group received nasal catheter oxygen inhalation intervention,and the experimental group received oxygen inhalation intervention with air oxygen mixer mask.The heart rate,respiratory rate,blood gas index,PDI score and MDI score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.The occurrence of complications in the two groups was observed.Results After intervention,the heart rate and respiratory rate of experimental group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and Oxygen saturation of blood(SaO_(2))levels of experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The level of Partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,PDI score and MDI score of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(χ^(2)=5.838,P=0.016).Conclusion Oxygen inhalation by air oxygen mixing apparatus can improve blood gas index,improve heart rate and respiratory rate,promote the development of children with neonatal asphyxia,and reduce complications.
