摘　　要：目的总结骨科器械相关压力性损伤预防及管理的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供参考。方法根据“6S”证据资源金字塔模型检索国内外相关网站和数据库中骨科器械相关压力性损伤预防管理的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年2月。完成质量评价后结合专业知识逐条总结相关证据。结果共纳入11篇文献,包括4篇指南、4篇专家共识、2篇系统评价、1篇证据总结。围绕皮肤、支撑面、活动、失禁/潮湿、营养、自我护理6个方面汇总39条最佳证据。结论总结的证据可用于预防骨科患者器械相关压力性损伤,医护人员需结合临床情境、患者意见,更好地应用和转化证据。Objective To summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of orthopedic device-related pressure injury,and to provide references for clinical nursing practice.Methods According to the"6S"model,a literature search was conducted on websites and databases for literature on prevention and management of orthopedic device-related pressure injury,both domestically and internationally.The search timeframe was from database inception to February 2024.After completing quality evaluation of included literature,relevant evidence was summarized one by one in combination with professional knowledge.Results A total of 11 articles were included,including 4 guidelines,4 expert consensus reports,2 systematic reviews,and 1 evidence summary reports.A total of 39 pieces of best evidence were summarized into six aspects:skin,surface,keep moving,incontinence,nutrition,and self-care.Conclusion The summarized evidence can be used to prevent device-related pressure injury in orthopedic patients,and medical staff need to better apply and translate the evidence based on clinical context and patient opinions.
