摘  要:研究了3D打印技术在快速熔模铸造中的应用,通过数字建模直接制造复杂、高精度的铸件,降低新产品开发成本并缩短生产周期。以小型叶轮为例,展示了3D打印光固化成型工艺在熔模铸造中的创新应用,解决了传统精铸技术中的难题,不仅优化了传统铸造工艺流程,推动3D打印技术在多个领域的广泛应用,为制造业带来了革命性变化,促进铸造行业高质量发展。The application of 3D printing technology in rapid investment casting is studied,which can directly manufacture complex and high-precision castings through digital modeling,reduce the cost of new product development and shorten the production cycle.Taking small impeller as an example,it shows the innovative application of 3D printing light curing molding process in investment casting,solves the problems in traditional investment casting technology,not only optimizes the traditional casting process,promotes the wide application of 3D printing technology in many fields,brings revolutionary changes to the manufacturing industry,and promotes the high-quality development of the casting industry.
