摘  要:伟大建党精神作为中国共产党精神谱系之“源”,之于新时代青年具有跨越时空的精神引领力。伟大建党精神的产生、赓续与青年的成长、培养,在历史、价值、实践的三维逻辑中双向共生、相互促进。在历史之维,中国共产党与“时代”青年具有实践奔赴的同向性、精神创造的主体性、发展过程的传承性特征;在价值之维,伟大建党精神有助于新时代青年筑牢信念根基,培养主动担当,坚定政党认同,发扬斗争精神;在实践之维,通过“唤醒—内化—融通—传递”四个层面的逻辑建构,推进伟大建党精神赓续与新时代青年培养的双向奔赴,实现“四有”标准的新时代好青年的育人目标。As the source of the spiritual genealogy of the CPC,the great Party building spirit has the leading power of transcending time and space for the youth in the new era.The birth,inheritance of the great Party building spirit and the growth,cultivation of the youth,are bidirectional symbiosis and mutual promotion in the three-dimensional logic of history,value and practice.In the dimension of history,the CPC and the youth of in the new era share the same orientation of practice,the subjectivity of spiritual creation and the inheritance of the development;in the dimension of value,the great Party building spirit helps the young people in the new era to build firm belief,to cultivate their initiative,to firm their Party identity and to carry forward the struggle spirit;in the dimension of practice,through the logical construction of the four processes ofawakening,internalization,accommodation and transmission,we will continue to promote the great Party building spirit and cultivate the youth in the new era in both directions.We will cultivate good young people in the new era with the Four haves standard.
