摘　　要：小农户作为中国农业现代化的核心主体,在组织程度较低、经济基础较差以及农业技术滞后等因素影响下,易产生不合理分化,进而引发土地权益和农村经济等方面诸多问题。实现小农户与中国农业现代化的有效衔接,对于解决这些问题具有重要意义。从小农户生产目的与实际需求出发,“以人为本”探讨小农户主动与被动的分化,主动分化小农户与现代农业衔接的重点在于引导发挥优势,被动分化小农户的衔接任务则更应关注保障机制的健全。在此基础上,依照中国发展现实特征及小农户分化过程中所面临的困境,从多元价值追求角度入手,提出了主动分化小农户发挥合作优势、提升经营能力、引导产业技术升级以及被动分化小农户保障合法权益、解决实际困难和健全社会化服务等多条有效衔接中国式农业现代化的路径。Smallholder farmers in China are often divided due to factors such as poor organization,weak economic foundations,and outdated agricultural technology.This can lead to issues with land rights and the rural economy.To address these problems,it is important to establish an effective connection between small farmers and China’s agricultural modernization.This article discusses the differentiation of small farmers in a“people-centered”way,focusing on guiding and utilizing the advantages of actively differentiated small farmers in modern agriculture.The interface of passively differentiated small farmers should prioritize the soundness of the guarantee mechanism.Based on China’s development reality and the challenges faced by small farmers during the process of differentiation,the paper proposes several paths for effectively integrating Chinese style agricultural modernization.To improve the situation,it is necessary to fully utilize the benefits of cooperation,enhance management capabilities,guide the technological advancement of small farmers who actively differentiate themselves,and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of those who are passively differentiated.Additionally,practical difficulties should be addressed,and social services should be improved.
