摘　　要：北京市大兴区的“CCB建融家园·小哥之家”项目展示了一种创新的城市更新模式,将闲置宅基地转变为租赁住房。中国建设银行北京分行和建信住房北京公司的这一举措优化了住房管理,并提升了城市服务工作者的居住水平。该项目通过融合绿色智能科技和社区参与,为环保和包容性城市居住方案树立了新标准。The“CCB Jianrong Home·Couriers'Home”project in Daxing District represents a pioneering urban renewal model,whereby unused homesteads are converted into sustainable rental housing.This initiative,spearheaded by the China Construction Bank Beijing Branch and Jianxin Housing Beijing Company,aims to streamline housing management and enhance living standards for urban service workers.The project sets a benchmark for eco-friendly and inclusive urban living solutions by integrating green,smart technologies and community engagement.
