摘　　要：海淀区鼎好电子大厦A座的更新项目是一个典型的城市产业类更新案例。该项目位于中关村国家自主创新示范区的核心区域,原为电子大卖场,随着区域定位的转变,其业态已不适应新时代的需求。该项目通过整体改造,将原有的低效楼宇转变为高品质的科技办公楼宇,不仅提升了建筑内部的空间品质,重塑了外立面形象,还与周边城市环境实现了融合。改造后的大厦吸引了全球科创头部企业入驻,成为中关村科技商务的新地标。本研究分析了项目的实施过程、成效和创新经验,探讨了城市更新在促进产业升级和提升城市品质方面的重要作用。The renovation of Dinghao Electronics Building Tower A in Haidian District is a prime example of urban industrial renewal.Located in the heart of the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone,the building was originally an electronics marketplace.As the area's positioning evolved,the previous business model became incompatible with the demands of the new era.Through a comprehensive renovation,the project transformed the inefficient building into a high quality technology office space,improving the quality of the interior space,redesigning the fa?ade and integrating with the surrounding urban environment.The renovated building has attracted leading global technology companies and become a new landmark for the technology business in Zhongguancun.This study examines the implementation process,effectiveness and innovative experiences of the project,and discusses the critical role of urban renewal in promoting industrial upgrading and improving urban quality.
