摘 要:朝阳区北京凤凰汇里巷更新项目是一个城市商业空间转型的典型案例。该项目位于北京市朝阳区三元桥商圈,经过华润置地的精心规划与实施,成功将一个传统住宅配套底商转变为一个充满活力的商业区域。项目采用“留改拆”策略,提升了空间品质,创新了消费场景,引入了多元化的商户和活动,显著提升了零售额和客流量。设计团队通过拆除旧有的步行天桥,引入景观雨蓬等元素,创造了一个开放、多功能的社交空间。此外,项目还注重细节设计和绿色可持续发展,实现了人与自然的和谐共生。由于高标准的设计和创新经验,该项目已成为中国社区型公共空间更新改造的标杆。The Beijing CR Land Galleria Shopping Centre–Instreet in Chaoyang District is a typical example of urban commercial space transformation.Located in the Sanyuanqiao business district in Chaoyang District,the project has successfully transformed a traditional supporting commercial space into a vibrant commercial area through careful planning and implementation by China Resources Land.The project adopted the strategy of“Retention,Change and Demolition”to improve the quality of the space,innovate the consumer scene,and introduce a diversity of tenants and activities,which significantly increased retail sales and customer traffic.The design team created an open,multi-functional social space by removing the old footbridge and introducing elements such as a landscaped canopy.In addition,the project focused on detailing and green sustainability to achieve a harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Through its high standard of design and innovative experience,the project has become a benchmark for community-based public space renovation in China.
