摘　　要：北京丰台区芳华里家庭养老社区项目通过城市更新,将一座废弃影院改造为可提供177个房间共293张床位的综合性养老服务设施。作为城市更新在提高养老服务质量方面的典型案例,该项目可提供医疗、护理和文娱服务,显著提升了闲置空间的利用效率,丰富了老年人和其他居民的生活场景,并弥补了该地区公共服务的不足。该项目创新点包括绿色建筑、专业服务管理和社区融合,为养老服务设施建设树立了新标杆。The Fanghuali Family Elderly Care Community Project in Fengtai District,Beijing,has transformed an abandoned cinema into a comprehensive elderly care facility with 177 rooms and 293 beds through urban renewal.As a typical case of urban renewal improving the quality of elderly care services,this project provides medical,nursing,and recreational services,significantly enhancing the utilization efficiency of idle spaces,enriching the living scenarios for the elderly and residents,and addressing the lack of public services in the area.Innovations include green construction,professional service management,and community integration,setting a new benchmark for elderly care facilities.
