摘　　要：北京市残疾人职业康复和托养服务中心,原为西客站南广场西区的融信大厦,经过全面改造,以“生命之树”为设计理念,为残疾人提供了一个综合性服务和康复的平台。该项目改造工程注重个性化服务和无障碍环境建设,成功将中心打造成全国最大的省级残疾人服务阵地。汇爱大厦是北京2022年冬残奥会的展示窗口,项目在无障碍设计、客房布局、立面改造等方面展现了创新经验,为残障人士提供了一个充满阳光和生命力的康复环境。The Disabled Persons'Vocational Rehabilitation and Care Service Center in Beijing,originally known as the Rongxin Building,has undergone a comprehensive renovation based on the“Tree of Life”design concept,providing a platform for comprehensive services and rehabilitation for the disabled.The renovation focuses on personalized services and the construction of an accessible environment,successfully transforming the center into the largest provincial-level service base for the disabled in China.As a showcase for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games,Hui Ai Building demonstrates China's achievements in the field of disability and actively engages in international exchanges.The project showcases innovative experiences in barrier-free design,guest room layout,and facade renovation,providing a sunny and vibrant rehabilitation environment for the disabled.
