摘　　要：首开书院系列项目是首开集团响应北京文化中心建设的政策,通过改造办公楼宇,创建了城市图书馆、社区音乐厅等多功能文化空间。该项目不仅服务于周边社区,还通过举办各类文化活动(如讲座、沙龙、音乐会等),促进了文化交流和社会参与。首开集团计划将此模式推广至其他区域,以“首开书院”文化品牌为核心,结合城市更新项目,打造更多文化公共空间,提升城市活力和文化品质。The Shokai Academy Series Project is an initiative by Shokai Group in response to the construction of Beijing as a cultural center.By renovating office buildings,it has established multifunctional cultural spaces such as urban libraries and community concert halls.The project serves not only the local communities but also fosters cultural exchange and social engagement through a variety of cultural activities,including lectures,salons,and concerts.Shokai Group intends to replicate this model in other regions,with the“Shokai Academy”cultural brand as its core,in conjunction with urban renewal projects,to create additional cultural public spaces and elevate the city's vitality and cultural standards.
